penne with broccoli and grated bread

To start, you take the broccoli and cut into pieces not too large. At the same time you boil water in a pot, add salt.

When the water boils, you will be able to soak the broccoli pieces.

Boil for about 15 minutes.

In a frying pan you pour about 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and chili, as sufficient. Start cooking over low heat.

When our broccoli is soft enough, we remove the water (and preserve for cooking pasta), and add the oil in a pan. You may slightly increase the flame.

Turn with a spoon.

After about 10 minutes, you will be able to add the black pepper, to suffice.

Another 5 minutes of cooking and nosto sauce is ready.

Using the water where you boiled broccoli, cook your pasta, I chose the penne. Drain the pasta when it is pretty fiery. At this point, we will join in the pan with the sauce, to let cook for about 2 minutes, and is ready to be served.

For a dish even tastier, you can cook apart from a handful of grated bread with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
